Let us start by telling you that if you give CrossFit a go you will not be disappointed! Whether you are looking to get fitter or stronger, find a sport to compete in or just have fun learning something new CrossFit Heerlen promises all that and more.
The purpose of our Fundamentals Course is to introduce anyone new to CrossFit to the fundamental skills and movements that form the basis of our classes, explain the CrossFit Methodology and give you guidance on how you can get the most out of CrossFit. It is also a great opportunity for you to meet some new people who may well become your WOD buddies and it’s a chance for you to get to know us too. CrossFit is big on community and at CrossFit Heerlen we are no different. We’re all friends who WOD together and we love it!
The Fundamentals Course includes 3 classes. You must first follow all Fundamentals lessons to gain access to our WODs (“Workouts of the Day”). If you are not able to attend all classes during your Fundamentals Course you’ll have to catch up classes. This is possible during a later Fundamentals Course or through private coaching sessions.
Our Fundamentals courses take place at Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 to 19:30 hours. See start dates below.
