Ok, champs, we’re taking this party outdoors and online. Until the gym can reopen, CrossFit Heerlen is at your service to keep good momentum going and gains coming.
Starting on Monday, May 11, CrossFit Heerlen will temporarily move their classes outdoor for the health and safety of our community. We are in some uncharted waters, but we will navigate through them with optimism and enthusiasm.
Outdoor Class Schedule
Due to the extended measures of our government against COVID-19, CrossFit Heerlen will offer outdoor CrossFit workouts at the gym’s outside area and nature reserve Terworm, this in close consultation with the municipality of Heerlen and Natuurmonumenten. On the following schedule:
Monday: 9AM, 10.15AM, 6.45PM and 8PM.
Tuesday: 9AM, 10.15AM, 6.45PM and 8PM.
Wednesday: 9AM, 10.15AM, 6.45PM and 8PM.
Thursday: 9AM, 10.15AM, 6.45PM and 8PM.
Friday: 9AM, 10.15AM, 6.45PM and 8PM.
Sweaty Saturday: 10.15AM and 11.30AM
CrossFit Heerlen Outdoor workouts will start at the gym’s parking lot. Class sizes are limited so reserve your spot on CrossFit Heerlen’s app. Make sure to bring water and SUNSCREEN. Keep your eye on our daily newsletter for more details regarding our outdoor workouts.
In case of inclement weather, CrossFit Heerlen will move online for virtual classes on Zoom like we did until now during the targeted lockdown. These online classes are all about keeping you engaged and connected. Check CrossFit Heerlen’s community wall in the app and daily newsletter for announcements about virtual class times if we can’t be outside.
