OUR PROGRAM
Strength and conditioning program

CrossFit Heerlen is a strength and conditioning facility that develops athletes to reach fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our training methods produce undisputed results for all levels of fitness; from children to adults, from beginners to novice athletes and everything in between.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.

The ideal training

Each day at CrossFit Heerlen, we want to track towards your specific goals. We can do that by tailoring each workout into three categories, each with a unique purpose:

– Fitness;
– Performance/Intermediate;
– and Competitive/RX.

These subtle, yet important changes to each workout allow us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping what we know and love, our exciting group classes, together.

Workout categories to your goals and ability

A specific CrossFit program

Fitness

Those looking to look better naked. Lose body fat, maintain lean muscle-mass, and improve our quality of life. Eager to learn and take on new and challenging movements and workouts, but is not looking to compete in CrossFit competitions.

Performance/Intermediate

Wants to become a better athlete, soccer player, or overall sportsman or -woman. Excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts, but is also not looking to compete in CrossFit competitions.

Competitive/RX

Looking to train for the CrossFit Games Open. This track is geared towards the goal of improving one’s scores on the competitive stage, training with specific movements and weights that are seen in competition.
